When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. A therapist only gets paid when they deliver a service. A missed appointment prevents us from providing service to other clients and earning income. 

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified me at least 6 hours (preferably 24 hours) in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment booked.

If you are running late, that amount of time will be deducted from your appointment. If you are later than half of the service, we will consider that a missed appointment.
